Established in 1965, the department of Hindi at B.K college, foresees the cultivation and nourishment of an aptitude for the national language, Hindi, among her students. Offering part II – second language, the department ensures the ability to read and write Hindi while enabling the students to speak the language and deal with the native uses confidently. By giving them ample opportunities to learn about the culture of the Hindi speaking communities, the Hindi department contributes to the growth of the students as well as the language.
